Thank you so much for your interest in CCV’s Global Outreach Short-Term Missions Teams! Use this page as a checklist to make sure you have completed all of the steps to the application process.
- Step 1: General Application – Apply for 2013 Teams
- Step 2: Passport – If you have a passport please bring 2 black and white copies to your interview along with your supplemental materials. If you DO NOT have a passport go to the State Department’s Website and apply for one as soon as possible.
- Step 3: Supplemental Materials - Click on the links to download all of the supplemental materials. Send out your refrences as soon as possible. Please bring all completed supplemental forms and a copy of your passport (if you have one) to your short-term team interview.
- Step 4: Interview – You will be contacted for an interview after submission of your General Application
