What is SHIFT Students?
SHIFT Students is the weekly gathering of the Christ’s Church of the Valley Student Ministry. We are dedicated to providing a place for students (7th -12th grade) to connect with God, with other students, and with older committed leaders that are dedicated to seeing students grow closer to Christ.
We want to engage and reach this next generation, so no matter where you are at, if you are a student in grades 7-12, we would love for you to check out SHIFT Students as you will find a community of peers that will love you and be here for you.
Our philosophy is that it’s okay to not be okay, but it’s not okay to stay there. We want people to move forward in their personal journeys. If we could sum up our desire in one word it would be transformation. We want to see students transformed by the power of Christ. It’s no small task but He is no small God either. Join us and find out for yourself.
Who can attend SHIFT Students?
Any students in grades 7–12 may attend SHIFT Students.
What is our Vision for this ministry?
The Student Ministries vision is to create fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ on every school campus.
Meeting Times?
We meet every Wednesday night from 6:30-9pm at the CCV San Dimas Campus.
Join a LIFEgroup
Here at Christ’s Church of the Valley, we believe that you can’t do life alone. We want to pair you with a group of guys or girls your same age/grade so that you can have people to talk with, find encouragement and accountability, pray with, and simply “do life” with.
